Shipping Policy
1. General Information
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the advertised time frames, please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. The correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and route information is crucial for timely delivery.
vSeeBox Shop (operated by Ibarke Technology Limited) is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdirected, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
2. Processing Time
All orders require a processing period before they are handed over to the carrier.
- Standard Processing: We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Origin & Methods
We are proud to utilize local US warehousing to ensure speed and reliability.
- Shipping Origin (Fulfillment Center): All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our US warehouse located at: 1777 62ND ST, BROOKLYN, NY 11204, USA.
- Primary Carrier: We primarily use FedEx 2Day® service for most domestic orders.
- Estimated Delivery: Once the package is picked up by FedEx, it typically arrives within 2 business days.
4. Service Areas & Restrictions
Our standard shipping rates and delivery guarantees apply to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).
- Excluded Areas: At this time, our standard free/flat-rate shipping does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
- PO Boxes: Please note that FedEx 2Day® may not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages (Delivery Claims)
If your tracking information states that the package was "Delivered" but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Contact us immediately at info@vseebox-shop.com.
Time Limit: You must notify us within 10 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier. Please Note: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered are subject to the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim for prompt delivery, transit times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier operational delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for these exceptions.
