1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Defective Products: If your device is defective upon arrival or becomes defective within 30 days due to a manufacturer fault, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
  • Change of Mind (Non-Defective Returns): If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
    • Condition: The item must be in "Like-New" condition with all original packaging, manuals, power cords, and accessories included.
    • Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective, opened items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned unit.
    • Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer hardware defects for products bought from vseebox-shop.com.

  • Coverage: Technical hardware failures under normal use.

  • Exclusions (Warranty Void): The warranty does not cover:
    • Water damage, accidental physical damage, or drops.
    • Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications (including rooting the device or installing unauthorized firmware).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

  2. Evidence: For defective items, please attach photos or a short video demonstrating the issue to speed up the process.

Please mail your return to our US facility. Do NOT ship returns to our registered office in HongKong.
